.ausgestrahlt – together against nuclear energy

Nuclear power? No thanks!
We are convinced that the use of nuclear energy is a serious injustice, as it endangers the health and well-being of humankind and the environment. We fight for a transition towards sustainable, future-oriented, and environmentally sound energy generation without nuclear power.

.ausgestrahlt wants …

  • all nuclear facilities to be shut down;
  • to prevent operating license extensions for nuclear power plants;
  • to make visible the broad societal majority that opposes nuclear energy;
  • to promote alternative means of energy generation.

.ausgestrahlt is …
… a grassroots campaign welcoming all. We encourage people to become active for a true nuclear phase-out. Our reply to a resurgence in nuclear energy is the renaissance of the anti-nuclear movement.

The majority of people oppose nuclear energy. But the majority remains silent. Many anti-nuclear activists feel abandoned by environmental associations or political parties. .ausgestrahlt supports nuclear opponents in turning their opposition into open protest.

.ausgestrahlt provides various ways to become active, for both groups and individuals. We develop campaign materials and guidelines for simple but effective political actions. These can be a discussion with neighbors, a letter to a newspaper, or public events – all small pinpricks against nuclear enterprises.
.ausgestrahlt regularly publishes arguments and background information on nuclear energy at our website www.ausgestrahlt.de, in our newsletter, and in our quarterly printed circular letter „.ausgestrahlt-Rundbrief”.

.ausgestrahlt is independent from other associations and political parties. Therefore we depend on donations for developing informational materials and sustaining the infrastructure of our campaign.
